Outstanding Looking Rollers
I thought it would be a good idea to post pictures of some of the better looking rollers I have seen. Even though the Birmingham Roller has no show standard, as it should be, there are nonetheless, qualities that can readily be seen in individuals of high caliber.

Nice looking birds. The Sal Ortiz bird is my favorite. Wish I can have a kit full of those.

That Sal Ortiz bird is a really great looking roller..! I assume you mean the first one…Right? I also posted a red of his… He has done well in competitions too… Good work Sal..!!

lovely resis. red Sal,I really like her expression,I like to breed out of birds like that and with the sloid robusted body,they seem to handle the roll better and go fast.I bet shes fast and freqent?

WELL I’M GOING TO HAVE TO SAY THAT THE RED CHECKER BRED BY BRIAN M. FROM NORCO IS HANDS DOWN THE SWEETEST ONE ON THE PHOTOS, NOT KNOCKING THE OTHER ONES BUT HIS FEATHERING IS SILKY, AND TIGHT, SOLID LOOKING APPLE BODY, GOOD TYPE AND GOOD HEAD, HE’S SO FAR THE RIGHT PACKAGE.
